    Bernie was absolutely phenomenal on helping me to find my home. She showed me around the entire area while keeping my lifestyle and purchase points in mind. 10/10 recommend, she’s the best!

    Bernie exceeded our expectations. We could not be happier with the outcome. Her expertise in the local market was evident from our first meeting. Through out the process she was incredibly communicative promptly answering calls and text. She went above and beyond in staging our house, providing personal items, flowers, etc., held two open houses, organized and collaborated with local realtors to host a Brokers open house for seven area houses to include lunch and door prizes. Bernie even showed up at my house to offer assistance in painting my garage. On multiple occasions when we were out of town she came over to water the plants, blow off the drive, and clean off the back porch. We would highly recommend Bernie!

    Ms. Bernie Tomkies is one of those few people you are lucky to meet once or twice in your life. Professional, aggressive, and competent, she was exactly the professional real estate agent we needed in this hot, out of control and unpredictable market. She was able to secure a contract working away from home and juggling a minor medical procedure. That kind of attention is warranted from family but that is how she treats her clients. I could not recommend anyone better for your real estate needs. Highly recommend.
